Information you share

Distribution Specialists, Doha, Qatar, receives the business contact details and purchasing requirements you submit through our forms. We use this information to assess your inquiry, prepare quotations and communicate with you. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

How requests are handled

Requests are saved in our website database. Email notifications and acknowledgements are handled through Resend. Website hosting and storage use Cloudflare infrastructure. Service providers may process information outside your country. We may discuss product specifications with the relevant producer to prepare your quotation. We do not publish your business inquiry on the website.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics using the cookie preference panel. It helps us understand website visits and confirmed inquiry events. Form names, email addresses and messages are not included in our analytics event. You can decline analytics and still submit a request, or change your preference using the Cookie preferences button.

Campaign information

When you submit an inquiry, available referral-page and campaign parameters from the inquiry link are stored with your request to identify how you found us. Your browser stores your analytics choice. We retain business inquiry records while they are needed for the commercial relationship and applicable recordkeeping.

Your questions and requests

Contact sales@distribution-specialists.com to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for further inquiry communications. Deletion may be limited where transaction or legal records must be kept.
